I've gotten my hair dont at a cosmetology school before and I just walked in and told them I'd like my hair cut. They get you in very quick and an instructor checks to make sure everything is even etc.
My mom did have hers dyed by a student, she said it took longer than if you were to go to a professional- but you cant beat the price!
