i have normal skin and under the skin breakouts.
i have fried hair.

well depends on what your willing to spend.
Any product by avene is amazing. its somewhat expensive but is just really good.
and... fried hair, lol the only thing you really can do. is stop using heat on it, condition it like crazy with pantene or dove. and it might look a little les fried. but growing it out is really th eonly thing that wil make a big difference
