A lot. Most of the pictures online and in print for ads and such have been doctored. They've been doing that for years.
As for your average person, I'll betcha some of them do use photoshop to appear better looking than they are in real life. How much does our extreme Beauty owe to Photoshop ?
Nothing. Duty Free. I never photoshopped a picture in my Life.
