I mean, how big of a factor is atractiveness to land a job? Does it play a big role or skills and experience prevail?Do you think that physical beauty plays a role if someone gets hire or not?

Depends on the job. Anytime you work with the public I think it counts. Look at all of the cool fun restaurants, the waiters and waitresses are always cute.
people dont admit it but i think it does for some jobs like Abercrombie and Holister. the stupid clothing stores..Also they put the prettier people in the front of the store.
well ya depends. if u r working in a place where u have to interact with people a lot. like receptionist and some stuffs like that then ya ur beauty counts
Yes. No one wants to look at a fat ugly slob all day. So unfortunately looks play a role in this.
