If you want Special Effects, Cinema and Professional Cosmetic training the number one spot is shared between two schools. MUD and Westmore. They both teach basically the same thing, both are respected in the industry, and both will cover everything from Brides, cinema and TV to special effects and airbrushing. The only difference is in the feel of the school and where you feel you'll fit in best. MUD has more of a sophisticated corporate feel to it while Westmore has a smaller family feel. Different people thrive in different environments. I have friends who went to MUD and thrived in that more sophisticated environment while I would have withered. I went to Westmore and felt more comfortable and more able to be myself in a small family environment. We learned pretty much the same thing at both schools it was just a difference in personalities that made one the best for me and one the best for my friend. Visit the two and see where you feel you fit in more.
