Could you please tell me which of these three cities is the most beautiful when it comes to having the most nice green lawns, wonderful landscaping, flowers, and trees? I reeeeeeally would appreciate your opinions. Thanks. The scenic beauty of Fort Worth, Austin, Oklahoma City?
Forth Worth and Oklahoma City are ghettos.... so it has to be Austin (never been there). The scenic beauty of Fort Worth, Austin, Oklahoma City?
Probably Austin, or the Hill Country not too far from it. However considering that the further south you go, the hotter it gets, you run into the ';brown summer'; syndrome in Austin unless you're using scads of water...
Oklahoma City's developing Bricktown Riverwalk (http://www.flickr.com/photos/drewmaniac/鈥?/a> is beautiful. I visit it frequently. Millions of dollars have been (well) spent, with millions more coming. In the coming years, downtown I-40 will actually be moved several miles to the south, making the area even more attractive.
OKC also has Will Rogers Park (love those azaelas! http://www.okcbeautiful.com/index.php?li鈥?/a> and the Myriad Gardens http://www.flickr.com/photos/montes-pics鈥?/a>
It isn't in OKC, but the Wichita Wildlife Refuge in Lawton, OK is also beautiful.
I cannot speak about the other cities; I have never been there!
Probably Austin.
Another vote for Austin. It is quite a nice city with hills and a river running through it.
